That's why we pursued Cyber Essentials, and we are proud to have achieved it for almost 3 years.
One of the main reasons why we decided to pursue this accreditation was to demonstrate our commitment to cybersecurity to our clients. Many of our clients handle sensitive information that requires protection against cyber threats. Cyber Essentials gives them peace of mind, knowing that we have appropriate measures in place to protect their data and maintain their confidentiality.

When our operatives work on client sites, we ensure that they receive the appropriate training to maintain our high standards of cybersecurity. Before sending operatives to a new client site, we provide them with specific training that is tailored to the client's unique cybersecurity requirements. This training covers the client's security policies, access controls, and other relevant security measures.
We also make sure that our staff are aware of their responsibility to report any cybersecurity incidents or suspicious activities that they observe while working on client sites. Our goal is to ensure that our operatives understand their role in maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our clients' data and systems, and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to do so effectively. We believe that providing our staff with the appropriate training when working on client sites is essential for maintaining our clients' trust and ensuring that their data remains secure.
Obtaining Cyber Essentials has helped us comply with any regulatory requirements that may be applicable to our industry. While there may not be specific cybersecurity regulations for commercial cleaning, some of our clients may require that we meet certain standards to do business with them.
