ABOUT WIZU WORKSPACES

Wizu Workspaces is one of the UK’s highest-rated providers of premium serviced office space, with a strong presence across the North of England. Their portfolio spans private serviced offices, co-working memberships, meeting rooms, virtual office services, and event spaces all designed to support businesses of every size with a hospitality-led, people-first approach.

THE CHALLENGE

When Workplace first began working with Wizu in July 2024, the engagement started with a single site in Bristol. Within months, a second site in Derby was added in October 2024. Then, in April 2025, came the real test: the simultaneous mobilisation of 11 sites across the North of England.

This was a complex and demanding undertaking. It required careful coordination across multiple teams, tight mobilisation management, and the agility to adapt quickly to changing site conditions and operational requirements across geographically spread locations all while maintaining uninterrupted service for Wizu’s members and visitors.

Beyond scale, Wizu had a strategic goal: to consolidate multiple cleaning contractors into a single trusted supplier a significant operational change designed to streamline oversight, drive consistency, and support their wider ESG commitments.

HOW WORKPLACE HELPED

The April 2025 mobilisation was delivered successfully through strong inter-team collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and a relentless focus on maintaining safety, quality, and delivery standards across every site simultaneously.

Workplace now delivers daily cleaning services across all 18 Wizu sites, supported by a broader range of supplementary services including washroom provision, pest control, window cleaning, consumables management, and periodic deep cleans. This comprehensive offering means Wizu has a single point of accountability for the cleanliness and hygiene of their entire estate.

Quality is maintained through routine management inspections, recorded audits, and prompt resolution of any findings. Contract Managers remain in regular contact with both on-site teams and Wizu representatives, ensuring fast response to feedback and evolving operational needs. Sustainability is central to service delivery. Workplace uses low-impact cleaning chemicals, controlled dosing systems, and recyclable consumables across the portfolio directly aligned with Wizu’s ESG goals and reducing environmental impact without compromising on cleanliness standards.
