We believe that our Customers should have access to their information at all times. That's why we offer a password protected self-service Client Portal which is the easiest way to provide them with all the information they require at the touch of a button.

Our Help Desk facility can closely monitor and manage issues generated by Account Managers via their handheld devices. As a result, identifying any problem areas becomes more efficient and effective. Tasks can be prioritised in order of importance and completion times targeted. Our system generates an audit trail as different actions are performed, e.g. reported, actioned, suspended, completed, etc.

By logging in Clients have live access 24 hours a day to their:

  • Staffing & Training records

  • Site Specifications

  • Risk Assessments & Method Statements

  • COSHH Assessments

  • Regularly updated Company Policies
