How can I stop the spread of the virus?

Everyone has been asked to stay at home, work from home where possible and halt all unnecessary travel to help reduce spread of the virus. Other new restrictions are expected to last for an initial period of three weeks.

Safeguarding our people

At WORKPLACE we provide services to locations throughout the UK, but we cannot do so without our people. Their safety is key.

A huge amount has already been done to ensure the safety of colleagues through communications & refresher training to enable us to continue to support our clients and their workplaces at this testing time.

In addition to this we have supplied all our colleagues who are continuing to support key worker locations with a letter that they can produce; along with their staff ID card if they are approached by the police or other interested party wishing to check why they are travelling to their place of work.

We are in constant communication with each other through regular phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp as well as having a dedicated mailbox for staff questions on the Colleague Portal.

We have also instructed those who can work from home to do so.
