When Workplace was appointed at HollandGreen Place, we were tasked with more than providing cleaning services. Residents expected a luxury housekeeping experience that matched the prestige of the development. This meant delivering a discreet, concierge-style service from professional appearance and presence to impeccable attention to detail.


Services Delivered

  • Daily Housekeeping: Monday to Sunday service across all common areas


  • Specialist Cleaning: Periodic deep cleaning of spa facilities and communal spaces


  • Emergency Support: Rapid response in unexpected situations, such as sewage flooding in the plant room (outside remit), where our team stepped in to restore the area to standard.

Tailored Training & Communication

Our team undergoes continuous coaching to meet the standards of a luxury residential environment. Training combines professional conduct appearance, etiquette, and discretion with specialist skills such as deep carpet care and spa floor cleaning. With a strong focus on attention to detail, we ensure every area remains immaculate while consistently delivering five-star service.


Rapid Response

From preparing the property for VIP visits to handling unforeseen issues, our staff mobilise quickly to ensure standards are never compromised.


Continuous Improvement

We hold monthly quality audits, led by the Contract Manager, to review service delivery and address any issues. These on-site walk-throughs also give team members the chance to observe standards in real time and understand the importance of attention to detail.


In addition, quarterly KPI reviews with the Operations Director and client representatives cover broader priorities, including health and safety, sustainability, financial performance, and overall service standards.


Sustainable Solutions

Workplace introduced the Centrego Renew System, reducing reliance on harsh chemicals while maintaining the highest hygiene levels. We also worked closely with the client to provide tailored products, such as Supafoam pads for the spa area, ensuring both sustainability and exceptional results.
