As we work through the challenges of this global pandemic, our value of “We’re all in this together” is as strong as ever.
From those of you on the frontlines providing vital services to the general public, to others who are adapting to working in different way or working new shifts, and of course, all of those making a difference in their local communities during this difficult time, we appreciate your commitment to supporting one another and to staying strong, now and in the future.
We have found that some of our suppliers & clients have started to introduce additional services that we want to pass on to you at this time. For example:
First Mile are using their ultra-low emission vehicles to deliver Green Fruit & Veg boxes throughout London Zones 1-5 on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Rutherford Cancer Centres have provided two anaesthetic machines to The Royal Gwent Hospital. These are to be used in their ITU department as part of the fight against COVID-19.
Many of our own staff have stepped up to support vulnerable members in their own communities by volunteering to collect prescriptions, essential shopping and offering a friendly phone call to those who live on their own.
