RECOGNISING EMPLOYEE EXCELLENCE

THE DEDICATION of so many of our colleagues has been widely praised by our clients especially during the pandemic, which is why we believe in celebrating and recognising best practice and the achievements of our team. By issuing Employee Excellence Awards we can say thank you to those who have gone the extra mile.

This year has been like no other, so we wanted to share a few highlights with you. Firstly, please join us in celebrating the hard work and dedication of Celia De Olivera. Celia joined WORKPLACE at the beginning of this year ahead of the Rutherford Cancer Centre (North West), Liverpool opened to the public in July 2020.

Celia’s nominator: Key Innovations Leader Lynne Van Loggerenberg wanted to acknowledge her dedication and support by saying, “At a time where we have been tried and tested due to the COVID-19 pandemic Celia has been our shining star. She has executed her duties above and beyond any expectations, she has displayed immense dedication and leadership skills, taking on anything that was requested of her. I am extremely proud to have Celia as part of our team, she is a true asset."

Operations Director Martin Wells goes on to say “Working in such a high-profile environment can be a challenge at the best of times but to do it during such unprecedented time is truly inspiring! Celia's professionalism and dedication has not gone without notice!”.

We would also like make a special mention of the hard work and dedication shown by Yolima Leon Tabares, our day cleaner at Hollandgreen Place, London and Wieslawa Wojciechowska at Harris Fowler who have both continued to deliver a level of service throughout these testing times, going out of their way to ensure our clients have a clean and safe working environment.
