Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having a significant effect on how people go about their daily lives and how businesses remain operational.

WORKPLACE takes its responsibility to maintain the performance and continuity of our clients’ operations very seriously. We have procedures in place to protect our people so that they in turn, can protect our clients’ people, and keep their businesses running efficiently.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a significant challenge but together, we are rising to it and will undoubtedly overcome.

Our commitment to you

Our senior management team has been busy assessing and mitigating the risks associated with the COVID-19 outbreak and are formulating contingencies to keep our clients operating.

While the circumstances around the COVID-19 outbreak are constantly changing, our resolve and commitment remains unchanged. We will use our experience and resources to maximise safety and minimise disruption for our clients. We will endeavour to maintain regular communication, provide the latest advice and remain vigilant and agile in our response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

If you have any concerns about COVID-19 and how WORKPLACE is working to lessen its effects, please don’t hesitate to contact our Help Desk via the Client Portal or by emailing helpme@workplace.co.uk

Safeguarding our people

WORKPLACE provide services to hundreds of locations throughout the UK, but we cannot do so without our people. Their safety is paramount.

A huge amount has already been done to ensure the safety of colleagues through training to enable us to continue to support our clients and their workplaces at this testing time.

For example, we have supplied all our colleagues who are continuing to support key worker locations with a letter that they can produce; along with their staff ID card if they are approached by the police or other interested party wishing to check why they are travelling to their place of work.

We are in constant communication with each other through regular phone calls, online meetings, WhatsApp as well as having a dedicated mailbox for staff questions on the Colleague Portal.

We have also instructed those who can work from home to do so.
