Thank you! - Employee Excellence Award July 2017
We believe in celebrating and recognising best practice and the achievements of our team throughout the whole workforce giving us the chance to say thank you.
Each month we celebrate an employee and/or team who have been nominated by clients, managers or colleagues at WORKPLACE for the work they have done that has been over and above the norm. We really love it when our customers take the time to nominate a member of staff who has gone the extra mile for them.
This month we are acknowledging the hard work and dedication of Rachael Apochi. Rachael has worked with us at one of our many Biffa locations since May 2012.
Rachael's nominator; Operations Manager Mark Knight was keen to recognise her hard work saying, “Rachael has gone over an above for her client whose site was affected by flooding last month. She took control of the situation and notified all relevant management before continuing to clean up the flood water herself."
Rachael's Account Manager, Brenda Pither's added that "the Client was extremely happy with her quick thinking which prevented further damage to the site.”
